Authors should complete the registration form and attach the manuscript file directly through this page. The information provided through the form helps the journal identify the manuscript, verify author and affiliation details, check correspondence to the journal scope and organise editorial communication.

For Authors

Preliminary manuscript registration and upload

Please complete the registration form and attach the manuscript file as an editable Word document. Registration and file upload do not guarantee acceptance or publication. A manuscript may be published only after editorial screening, originality check, peer review, revision where required and final editorial decision.

Before Completing the Form

Before completing the registration form, authors should review the journal’s aim and scope, authors’ guidelines, publication route, peer review policy, publication ethics, originality policy and author fee information.

Manuscript upload

The manuscript file should be attached directly to this registration form as an editable Word document. If technical problems occur during file upload, the manuscript may be sent to the Editorial Office: pub@eiid.eu.

1. Corresponding Author Details

The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the Editorial Office during registration, editorial screening, peer review, revision, acceptance and publication preparation.

2. Co-author Details

Please provide information about co-authors. If the manuscript has more than four authors, the Editorial Office may request a contributorship explanation.

3. Manuscript Details

Please provide the main information about the manuscript for preliminary editorial identification.

Recommended maximum length: 150 characters.
Required if the manuscript is written in another language.
Recommended length: 800–2500 characters.
Recommended number: 4–12 keywords or key phrases.

4. Manuscript File Upload

Please attach the manuscript file directly to this form. The manuscript should be submitted as an editable Microsoft Word document.

Accepted file formats: .doc, .docx. Maximum file size: 15 MB.
Optional. Use this field only for additional materials requested or relevant to the manuscript.
Backup option: if technical problems occur during file upload, please send the manuscript file to pub@eiid.eu and include the corresponding author name and article title in the email.

5. Originality and Previous Publication

Please confirm that the manuscript is original and is not under simultaneous consideration elsewhere.

6. Ethical and Editorial Declarations

Please provide declarations required for editorial transparency and publication ethics.

7. Author Confirmation

The corresponding author should confirm that the submitted information is accurate, the manuscript file has been attached and the manuscript may enter preliminary editorial processing.

The registration data and attached manuscript file will be sent to the Editorial Office.

Author data

Full names, affiliations, city, country or region and corresponding author email are required.

Manuscript upload

The editable Word manuscript file is attached directly through the registration form.

Declarations

Conflicts, funding, ethics, third-party materials and AI-assisted tool use are declared.

Editorial processing

The manuscript enters processing only after sufficient form data and file upload are received.
