When contacting the Editorial Office, authors should include the manuscript title, corresponding author name and preliminary article number or submission reference number, where available.

Submission and Author Enquiries

Authors should use the Registration Form to submit manuscript information and upload the manuscript file. If technical problems occur during file upload, the manuscript may be sent to the Editorial Office by email.

The Editorial Office may be contacted regarding manuscript registration, manuscript file upload, author information, institutional affiliation details, corresponding author email, publication charges, publication schedule, technical preparation, certificates or publication confirmation documents.

Peer Review and Reviewer Communication

Questions related to peer review, reviewer communication, revision requests or editorial assessment may be sent to the Editorial Office.

Peer review reports are confidential and are used for editorial decision-making. Reviewer communication is coordinated by the Editorial Office, responsible editor, Editor-in-Chief or other authorised editorial representative.

Publication Ethics, Complaints and Appeals

Questions or concerns related to publication ethics, plagiarism, duplicate publication, authorship, conflicts of interest, corrections, retractions, complaints or appeals should be sent to the Editorial Office.

When submitting an ethics concern, complaint or appeal, the sender should provide:

• article title or manuscript title;
• author name(s), where relevant;
• issue, collection, DOI or URL, where available;
• clear description of the concern;
• supporting documents or evidence, where applicable;
• contact details for further communication.

The journal reviews such matters according to its Publication Ethics and Editorial Integrity policy, Complaints and Appeals policy, and Corrections, Retractions and Expressions of Concern policy.
