Journal Published by the Institute

European Scientific e-Journal is one of the scientific journals operated and published under the institutional responsibility of the European Institute for Innovation Development.

The publisher supports the journal’s website, publication access, archive structure, editorial communication infrastructure, technical publication workflow and general institutional representation.

Editorial decisions are made by the journal’s editorial leadership and responsible editors according to the journal’s peer review policy, publication ethics and editorial standards.

The publisher provides the institutional framework within which the journal operates. The publisher does not replace the editorial decision-making process.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are independent from commercial, administrative or technical considerations.

The publisher does not determine acceptance or rejection of individual manuscripts. Manuscripts may be accepted only after editorial screening, originality check, peer review, revision where required and final editorial decision.

Payment status, publication service charges, discounts, waivers, institutional status or commercial considerations must not influence editorial decisions.

The Editor-in-Chief, responsible editors and editorial representatives make editorial decisions according to the journal’s academic scope, scholarly quality, originality, peer review results, ethical compliance and editorial standards.

Open Access and Publication Infrastructure

European Scientific e-Journal is an open access journal. Published materials are made available to readers without access charges.

The publisher supports open access publication by maintaining the journal website, archive pages, article files, issue files and related publication infrastructure.

The journal’s open access model, copyright conditions and reuse permissions are described in the Open Access Statement and Copyright, Licensing and Permissions policy.

Website and Archive Access

The publisher maintains the journal’s online presence within the website of the European Institute for Innovation Development.

The journal website provides access to journal information, author guidelines, registration form, editorial policies, editorial board information, current and archived publications, article and issue files, indexing and repository information, and contact details for editorial communication.

The publisher supports the long-term accessibility of published materials and archive pages where technically possible.

Authors should use the journal’s Registration Form for manuscript registration and file upload. If technical problems occur during file upload, the manuscript may be sent to the Editorial Office by email.

Publisher and Publication Ethics

The publisher supports the journal’s commitment to publication ethics and editorial integrity.

Publication ethics matters are handled according to the journal’s Publication Ethics and Editorial Integrity policy, Peer Review Policy, Complaints and Appeals policy, and Corrections, Retractions and Expressions of Concern policy.

The publisher supports editorial procedures but does not override editorial independence or peer review.
