Regular issue-based publication model of European Scientific e-Journal
European Scientific e-Journal follows a regular issue-based publication model. The journal publishes four regular issues per year and makes published materials available through the journal website, archive and article pages.
Publication Frequency
European Scientific e-Journal is published four times per year. The regular publication months are March, June, October and December.
- March — first regular issue of the publication year;
- June — second regular issue of the publication year;
- October — third regular issue of the publication year;
- December — final regular issue of the publication year.
Each regular issue is published as part of the annual publication schedule and becomes openly available on the journal website after completion of editorial processing, final proofreading, metadata verification and technical publication.
Regular Publication Schedule
The journal does not use a continuous publication model. Articles are published within regular issues or special collections after editorial screening, peer review, author revision where required, final editorial decision and technical preparation of publication files.

Second scheduled regular issue of the publication year.
October

Special Issues and Conference-based Collections
European Scientific e-Journal may publish special issues, thematic collections or conference-based collections in addition to the regular publication schedule. Special issues and conference-based collections do not replace the regular publication schedule of the journal.
Such collections are published only after editorial assessment and peer review in accordance with the journal’s editorial policies, peer review procedure and publication ethics requirements. Conference-based scholarly articles must meet the academic, bibliographic and ethical requirements of the journal.
Special issues and conference-based collections are additional publication formats. They do not reduce or replace the four regular issues planned for each publication year.
Publication Volume
The number of articles published in each issue may vary depending on the number of manuscripts accepted after editorial screening, peer review, revision and final editorial decision.
European Scientific e-Journal does not guarantee publication solely on the basis of submission or payment. The annual publication volume is determined by the number of manuscripts that correspond to the journal’s academic scope, editorial standards, peer review requirements and publication ethics.
Timeliness Statement
European Scientific e-Journal maintains its publication calendar to ensure predictable access to published scholarly content. The Editorial Office monitors issue preparation, peer review completion, author revisions, proofreading, metadata preparation and final publication workflow.
If an operational or editorial reason affects the preparation of a particular issue, the journal may update the calendar information on the website. Any such update must preserve the transparency of the publication schedule and the regular issue-based publication model of the journal.

Published issues of European Scientific e-Journal are available through the journal archive. Readers may access issue records, publication dates, article information, DOI details where applicable and full-text PDF files through the relevant archive and article pages of the journal website.
