Citation Index and Journal Metrics

European Scientific e-Journal maintains citation and visibility-related information where available. Citation indicators, internal journal statistics, platform-based metrics or repository-level visibility data may be used to support transparency regarding the journal’s development and scholarly dissemination.

Such indicators should not be interpreted as a substitute for formal inclusion in major citation indexes unless this status is explicitly confirmed by the relevant indexing service.

Article Metadata

For indexing and discovery purposes, published articles should include complete and accurate metadata: article title, author names, institutional affiliations, city and country or region, corresponding author email, ORCID identifiers where available, abstract, keywords, issue or collection information, publication date, DOI where applicable, references, funding statement, conflict of interest statement, ethical approval or consent statement where applicable, license information and article PDF or full-text file.

The journal is working to improve metadata completeness and consistency across current and future publications.

Author and Affiliation Metadata

Complete author and affiliation details support indexing quality, scholarly attribution and discoverability. The journal requires authors to provide full names, institutional affiliations, city, country or region and corresponding author email during manuscript registration and publication preparation.

ORCID and Scopus Author ID are recommended where available.

Indexing Updates

Indexing and repository information may be updated when the journal is added to a new database or repository, article metadata are deposited in a new service, archive records are updated, platform links change, new issue files or article files are published, journal visibility data are updated, external services revise their coverage information, or new annual ISI or ICI evaluation certificates are issued.

Important Note on Indexing Status

Inclusion in an indexing, abstracting, repository or discovery service may have different meanings depending on the platform. Some platforms provide full journal indexing. Others provide article-level indexing, repository storage, open access aggregation, metadata discovery, archive preservation or citation visibility.

The journal does not claim inclusion in a specific external service unless such inclusion has been confirmed by that service or is supported by the relevant public record.

Platform-based indicators, including ISI Impact Factor Values and Index Copernicus Values, are presented with attribution to the relevant service and should not be confused with Clarivate Journal Impact Factor, Scopus CiteScore or other database-specific metrics.
