2026 Guidebook for Participants in the International Scientific and Pedagogical Internship Programme: Procedures, Academic Requirements and Attestation
About this Book
The 2026 Guidebook for Participants in the International Scientific and Pedagogical Internship Programme:
Procedures, Academic Requirements and Attestation is the comprehensive official guide to the international
professional development programme organised by the European Institute for Innovation Development. The
Programme is delivered remotely over a standard period of 6–8 weeks and comprises 180 academic hours / 6 ECTS.
It is intended for Bachelor’s students in the final two years of study, graduates, Master’s degree holders,
PhD holders, Doctors of Science, university lecturers, researchers, academic staff and other specialists
engaged in scientific, educational or professional activity. The Guidebook explains the Programme’s academic
objectives, admission requirements, registration procedure, workload, training materials and differentiated
learning pathways.
Particular attention is given to the preparation and assessment of the Attestation Paper in the form of
a scientific article. The publication establishes the Programme’s Learning Outcomes, Assessment Rubric,
Academic Integrity Rules, requirements for the responsible use of generative artificial intelligence, Review
and Revision Procedure, Appeal and Reconsideration Procedure, and Conflict of Interest Rule. It also describes
intermediate assessment for both Bachelor’s students and graduate, academic and research participants and
provides a unified procedural framework from admission and training through manuscript preparation, academic
review, revision and final approval for publication.
The Guidebook additionally regulates the publication, certification and verification stages of the internship.
Successful completion requires the Attestation Paper to receive the status Approved for Publication; subsequent
publication is organised through the Institute’s scientific journals. The publication explains DOI assignment,
preparation of the Internship Report Form, electronic certification, QR-based verification of internship
records and the use of the certificate for professional development, qualification and attestation purposes
subject to the requirements of the relevant institution or national system. The Comprehensive Edition concludes
with sample internship documentation, including the Registration Form, Internship Report Form and Certificate
of Internship Completion.
