Homo Ideologicis as an Ideological Man: Past and Present

This edition presents a monographic study of the phenomenon of ideology and its role in the political, social and cultural life of humanity. The authors examine the idea of homo ideologicis, or ideological man, as a person whose actions, values and historical choices are shaped not only by reason and material needs, but also by systems of ideas. The book analyses the concept of ideology, its functions, historical forms, connection with propaganda and problems of classification.
