European Scientific e-Journal provides immediate open access to published articles and scholarly materials. The journal’s access model supports free reading, sharing, citation, reuse and dissemination in accordance with the stated licence terms.
Open Access Policy
European Scientific e-Journal is an open access journal. All published articles and scholarly materials are made available to readers without subscription barriers, access fees or mandatory registration.
The journal provides immediate open access to published content after publication. Readers may access full-text materials through the journal website, archive pages, article pages and repository infrastructure maintained or used by the publisher.
The open access policy of European Scientific e-Journal is based on the principle that free and unrestricted access to scholarly research supports the development of academic communication, international knowledge exchange and wider dissemination of scientific results.
Reader Access
Readers may access published materials of European Scientific e-Journal free of charge. No subscription, payment or institutional login is required to read published articles or download available full-text files.
Readers may:
- read published materials online;
- download full-text files where available;
- print articles for personal, academic or institutional use;
- share links to published materials;
- cite articles in accordance with academic standards;
- use published materials in teaching, research and scholarly communication.
Access to the journal website may require only ordinary Internet access and technical compatibility with the file formats used for publication.
Licensing
Articles published in European Scientific e-Journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License , unless otherwise stated on the article page or in the published file.
Under this licence, users may copy, redistribute, adapt and build upon the published material in any medium or format, including for academic, educational, research and other lawful purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s), the journal and the original publication.

Copyright
Authors retain copyright in their published works. By submitting and publishing a manuscript in European Scientific e-Journal, authors grant the journal and the publisher the right to publish the work, identify it as first published in European Scientific e-Journal and make it available through the journal website, archive, repositories and related publication infrastructure.
Authors may share, distribute and deposit the published version of their work in institutional repositories, personal websites, academic platforms or other lawful repositories, provided that the original publication in European Scientific e-Journal is properly cited.
Reuse and Attribution

European Scientific e-Journal supports the discoverability and dissemination of published scholarly materials through journal archive pages, article records, metadata, repositories and academic indexing or abstracting platforms where applicable.
The journal allows legitimate indexing, abstracting, preservation and metadata harvesting activities that support scholarly communication, provided that such activities respect the integrity of the published record and do not misrepresent the journal or its content.
The publisher may apply reasonable technical measures to protect the website from abusive automated activity, security risks or excessive server load. Such measures are not intended to restrict lawful scholarly use, indexing, citation, archiving or access to published materials.
Author Fees and Open Access
Submission and peer review are not subject to payment. Information about publication service charges, if applicable, is provided separately on the Author Fees and Publication Charges page.
Payment status, publication charges, discounts or waivers do not influence editorial screening, peer review, reviewer recommendations or final editorial decisions. Editorial decisions are based on the journal scope, scholarly quality, originality, ethical compliance, peer review and editorial standards.
Long-term Access
European Scientific e-Journal maintains access to published materials through the journal website, archive pages and repository infrastructure. The journal’s archiving and repository practices are described in the Archiving and Repositories section.
The publisher seeks to preserve access to published scholarly materials and maintain the integrity of issue records, article information, bibliographic metadata and full-text files where available.
