Introduction
Implementation of Innovations in Law: Experience of the Czech Republic
is an international scientific and pedagogical internship programme with a total load of
180 hours or 6 ECTS.
The European Institute for Innovation Development organises and conducts scientific and
pedagogical training of scientific personnel in the framework of advanced training and
obtaining academic titles in public administration, theory and history of state and law,
constitutional law, municipal law, civil law and civil procedure, family law, international
private law, administrative law, financial law, information law, economic law, criminal law,
criminology, law enforcement, environmental law, natural resource law, and related legal fields.
The Relevance of the Internship and Obtaining a Certificate
The certificate of scientific and pedagogical internship completion is a document confirming
the completion of an internship at a scientific institution or organisation in a state that
is part of the European Union.
The certificate may be used for academic and professional purposes, including procedures
connected with the titles of senior researcher, associate professor, and full professor,
and may also be considered when licensing and accrediting educational services.
