About the Internship

Introduction

Implementation of Innovations in Humanities: Experience of the Czech Republic is an international scientific and pedagogical internship programme with a total load of 180 hours or 6 ECTS.

The European Institute for Innovation Development organises and conducts scientific and pedagogical training of scientific personnel in the framework of advanced training and obtaining academic titles in public administration, history, ethnology, anthropology, archaeology, political science, philosophy, history of science and technology, philology, and related humanities fields.

The Content of the Programme

  • Familiarisation with the history of profile science.
  • Familiarisation with the range of specialised specialties in profile science.
  • Familiarisation with advanced pedagogical technologies.
  • Obtaining educational and methodological materials for training.
  • Preparation of abstracts of a scientific and methodological report on selected issues according to the profile of the applicant's work.
  • Writing and publishing a scientific article on the topic of scientific and methodological work in a European scientific journal.
  • Obtaining a collection of reports.
  • Obtaining an international certificate of internship signed by the internship programme manager.

The Relevance of the Internship and Obtaining a Certificate

The certificate of scientific and pedagogical internship completion is a document confirming the completion of an internship at a scientific institution or organisation in a state that is part of the European Union.

The certificate may be used for academic and professional purposes, including procedures connected with the titles of senior researcher, associate professor, and full professor, and may also be considered when licensing and accrediting educational services.

Documents for Registration

  • Diploma of higher education.
  • Diploma of academic degree or university postgraduate certificate.
  • Scan of international passport or national passport with English translation.

Registration

  1. Check the presence of the EIID's representative office in your country. If there is one, all stages of registration must be carried out through it.
  2. Fill out an electronic application on the website.
  3. Get confirmation of the application.
  4. Send a scan of the diploma of education: higher education or academic degree.
  5. Get a link to payment by bank requisites.
  6. Receive an information notice about the start of the internship course.
