Cooperation Rules and Forms
  1. European Institute for the Development of Innovations (hereinafter - the Institute) is engaged exclusively in scientific, methodological and educational activities.
  2. The Institute cooperates with organizations conducting scientific and educational activities in any country of the world.
  3. The Institute develops its own training and seminar programs using the latest, innovative and progressive methods and information materials.
  4. The Institute works closely with its distributors and partners in the development of joint training and seminar programs.
  5. The Institute operates under distribution, partnership and franchise agreements.
  6. The Institute maintains financial relations through direct payments to the account of its operator organization in the Czech Republic.
  1. The Distribution Agreement between the Institute and the Distributor is concluded for a period of up to three years with the possibility of further prolongation by mutual agreement of the parties.
  2. Distribution involves the selection of students by a Distributor for online courses, determined by the contract, in the number of at least 4 students in one group of a business or educational course.
  3. The Distributor provides the Institute with personal information on each participant of the joint programme in accordance with the form attached to the contract, prior to the start of the course or seminar.
  4. The Institute conducts online business seminars and educational courses on the GetCourse or Zoom platform.
  5. The Distributor accepts payment for the course or seminar from the student and pays the Institute according to the terms of the contract, with the exception of financial interest, before the start of the course.
  6. The Distributor makes a profit according to the percentage determined by the contract (15-22%), depending on the number of listeners per month: from 4 to 20 - 15%, the next from 21 to 40 - 18%, the next - 22%.
  7. The Institute issues electronic certificates with a QR code for access to information about the course, and the Distributor (if necessary) provides a printed version of the certificate to the student in the country.
  1. The Partnership Agreement between the Institute and the Partner is concluded for a period of up to three years with the possibility of further prolongation by mutual agreement of the parties.
  2. The partnership involves the joint development of programmes or the approval by the Institute of programmes proposed by the Partner, which will be signed by both parties, and their implementation by the Partner in person or remotely on any platform.
  3. The Partner determines the cost of each course according to the programmes agreed with the Institute and accepts a fee for its management.
  4. The Partner provides the Institute with personal information on each participant of the partner programme according to the form attached to the contract, before the start of the course or seminar.
  5. The Institute registers the student in its system.
  6. The Partner pays the cost of the certificate to the Institute before the end of the course.
  7. Payment of the certificate in the amount of 100 euros (excluding the transaction) is made to the account of the Institute's operator organization or the equivalent of 105 euros in the national currency of the Partner country to the account determined by the Agreement.
  8. The Institute issues electronic certificates with a QR code for access to information about the course, and the Partner (if necessary) provides a printed version of the certificate to the student in the country.
  1. The Franchise Agreement provides for the full or partial work of the Franchisee on behalf of the Franchisor (Institute) on the territory of his state as a full-fledged representative.
  2. The Institute provides Franchisees with programmes of business seminars and educational courses agreed upon by the contract, just like the necessary methodological materials.
  3. The Franchisee adheres to the style of the Franchisor (Institute) on the pages of his website, which are designed to run a franchise.
  4. The Franchisee provides the Franchisor (Institute) with personal information for each student of the program in accordance with the form attached to the contract before the start of the course or seminar.
  5. The Franchisor (Institute) registers the listener in its system.
  6. The Franchisee guarantees the appropriate level of educational services, agreed with the Franchisor (Institute), in full-time and/or remotely.
  7. The Franchisee pays the Franchisor (Institute) the cost of the franchise in annual or quarterly payments at least 14 days before the beginning of this reporting period.
  8. The Franchise is paid to the account of the Institute's operating organization in the amount of 5,000 euros per year (or 1,250 euros quarterly) or the equivalent of 5,250 euros per year (or 1,315 euros quarterly) in the national currency of the Franchisee's country to the account determined by the agreement.
  9. The Franchisor (Institute) issues electronic certificates with a QR code for access to information about the course, and the Franchisee provides a printed version of the certificate to the student in the country.
